first of all, yes i know i am obsessed.this is Tarja Turunen, finnish soprano and ex-vocalist for Nightwish.
it is completely digital, so if it looks a little off, its because i am still getting used to my tablet.

Ahhw, have you been a fan for a long time? Did you like her in Nightwish or the solo stuff, or both?
I think the combination of her voice and the music of Nightwish really was amazing.
Yeah art thieves are really bad. I've had that happen a bit to many times. It's good to see some people still get how it's suposed to work.

i am actually a pretty new fan. i did not discover Nightwish until a few months ago.
i heard them first with Amaranth and i thought they were really good, but then, when i started looking for more of their music, i heard the songs with Tarja and they instantly became my favorite band! (and my obsession with Tarja started!)
actually, i had heard Wish I had an Angel a few years ago and really liked it, but i did not know who it was by. Nightwish is not very popular here in America. It has been really hard to find all of their music.
i like Tarja's solo career, and i LOVE her stuff with Nightwish. you are right, there was something really amazing hapening when she sang with Nightwish!
i like Nightwish's stuff with Anette, but it is not as good. and Anette is not really a good singer live. she is only good in the studio. Tarja is amazing live!

she's not coming to the US until April and May, but i will not be able to go because all of the concerts will be too far away, plus, i have exams on the days of the concerts

I LOVE this, I really do think it's one of the best, and coolest drawings I've seen of Tarja. That's Tarja.. As in.. Not Anette.

Frankly, she's just not as good of a singer as Tarja was (Oops, I mean is. Her solo stuff is quite nice too.

i agree completely. i actually really like Anette as a person and i think she is really funny and cute in interviews, but on stage, its like death.

i think Tarja is more mature acting and dressing than Anette. some of the outfits Anette wears are only appropriate for 13 year olds.
