This picture is dedicated to my one and only Harley,
We are the infamous queens of crime! I'd also like to dedicate this pic to , who I had promised a Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn deviation a long, long time ago...

Really, you can see it either way. Ivy and Harley are very close, best friends and Harley has been staying with her and Catwoman for quite a while. So who knows? They never come out and blatantly say it in the comics but I've heard them referred to as an "almost canon couple."

Thank you! Yeah,they are best friends. Ivy was there when the Joker kicked Harley out and they've been hangin out ever since.
