I like this one better, specially the lineless dress which is a great add.
The hair from the other deviation looks yummer, though. :3
For the eyes, this one looks better, but I suggest you try doing that other style, with no white parts, but experimenting with red instead of black. Just a guess.

the only thing is that size-wise, this one was drawn on a page half the size as the other Ophelia making it harder to put in the hair details in this one...Hmmm...I'm not sure about testing the other style with red instead because to me she'd look like an alien (even though it already does) another reason why I kept the white spots in her eyes...so it doesn't look like empty sockets and creep me out at night.

Haha you can experiment doing some kind of highlight to show it's a shiny ball, not a socket.
