“You mean they’re not just UFO-shaped toys?”

I had the idea to draw this in my head for a couple days now after a recent play through of UFO as Sanae. I thought her surprise at what the UFOs actually were was a pretty funny and kind of a natural (all things considered) response.

I think part of the reason I like Sanae so much is because UFO was the first Touhou game I played, and I played it a lot. She comes from the outside world (i.e. our world) so the whole lore of Gensokyo is almost as alien to her as it would be to a new player. Considering UFO was my first real foray into Touhou it was something I could kind of relate to.

I've never, ever, been much good at drawing anything remotely resembling people but this one wasn't so bad. Also tiny babby hands.
