For some reason i feel the need to justify this fractal, in some ways i think its poor but in others i think its quite striking, sometimes i dont have the confidence to upload different or not so stunning fractals!

I agree with "quite striking." It's like looking up through a canopy of trees to an approaching or receding storm. The lighting is very dramatic, and the coloring evokes several different moods. Lovely!
