Cool shattering effect dude! I think the glass could do with some more "shine" though... at the moment it looks a little plastic?

I think the glass looks perfect. Especially for a first try. Besides, There is hardly any light that could reasonably reflect onto the Glass, in the picture. So in my Opinion, you Painted it well.
