The hellish rain of tyranid spores has been falling down from orbit all night. As dawn comes, the ground is trembling, as the horde of isectoids begin their never ending assault.

The men of the Planetary Defence Force holding the front, are struck by fear, as the nightmarish shapes of aliens start taking shape along the artillery smashed horizon. But as they turn to flee their posts - out of nowhere - a squad of Ultramarines joins the fight.

Their determination, blazing bolters and mighty armor fills the lesser men of the PDF with renewed courage. The commander yells the orders, the men take aim and the battle of Macragge can begin...
