Description This is MARTIAN MAN-- a character from Robert Kirkman's INVINCIBLE comic book from IMAGE comics (co-created with Cory Walker). This was done for a 2-volume OFFICIAL HANDBOOK OF THE INVINCIBLE UNIVERSE helmed by Dusty Abell. Dusty's a huge INVINCIBLE fan-- and he edited the whole thing together.

He did a great job...

Man! Your work just keep going better and better!! Congratulations!!
If you have some time Iยดd be very greatfull if you make a visit to my gallery and give me some hints on how to make my caracthers look more dynamic and alive as yours... Iยดm trying to enter the comic busyness and the editors say that i need to improve that. Thanks a lot!

Before I even read the description, I thought to myself, those shadows and colors seem to have a Dusty Abell edge to them.

Great work. I LOOOOVE me some Dusty Abell. Err, art, that is.

I like it other than the fact that he always reminds me of Mr. Impossible. Does anyone else remember him?

Arguably the best super hero book out there. Thanks for giving it some love.

Isn't that book just plain fun?

This image harkens back to an 80's stylistic trend.

A purer, less labored technique and the character just has a nice old-school appeal...
