Just another sketch of my SATURN KID comic idea. Though I have a good idea of the general story and some of the secondary characters, I haven't had the free time to work them out yet, so I just stick with the two leads.For now....

Another nice sketch as usual. I'm digging your space opera stuff. You make fun comics and I'm glad fun has come back after the grim 'n gritty rush of the post-DK/Watchmen era.
I like dark stuff too, but it's nice to see some dang fun adventure comics as well.
If this ever makes it near production, I'd vote for Kelsey Shannon doing the colors, because he did an awesome job on your other Saturn Kid piece.

i'm simply fascinated with other-world stories.
the characters, the landsapes and all that jazz of an almost limitless boundary of imagination.
i look forward to someday reading this story of yours as the look of the characters and the story premise are both extremely promising.
added to what i consider, your 'can pretty much draw anything and make it look awesome'.
that's also another reason i look forward to this.

I've been following these illustrations with eagerness, Mike, because i've recently read 'A Princess of Mars' by Burroughs and i'm completely fascinated with its environment and setting. I've even done a few illustrations of Dejah Thoris that are posted on my gallery; and i'd love to get around to doing a pin-up of the Saturn Kid, if you'd allow me to do it so...
