This is a little sketch from a RP(sort of) of an OC, Rafe.He's currently very happy attempting to take over the government, being the political genius that he is, and has managed to find a goof who he can manipulate into doing all of his illegal hacking work without the guy even knowing the full story. I love this OC and I haven't played him in a while so it feels so good to RP him again being his evil and manipulative self. All he has to do now is throw some blackmail, deaththreats, some huge thugs to beat people up, maybe a little murder, a little sex and a little wine into there and he'll be a very happy bunny.
