Lets see. First of all I think you should fix your scanner so this doesn't looks so blurred. Then I think the face looks weird the way it's drawn, like it's part of the torso without a neck to connect them; not to mention the face looks kinda awkward because of that. Her boobs don't seem to have a shape, try to make them rounder and a bit bigger I guess. Then the arms, they look like one big blob, while I think they should be segmented in arm and forearm. Not much to say about the belly, just don't fill black within the navel. And the legs, same as the arms try to segment them, and give them knees, cause they don't look good just as shapeless blobs.
Not much else to say besides that, just practice a lot.
