are those stars or bits of dust?
how do you find the right exposure for this type of scene? in-camera meters tend to be inaccurate when it gets dark.

by looking at my negative, I believe they're stars
and I did use a tripod, as well w/2min exposure on the camera w/aperture of 19..
and I found the right exposure for this by doing these kind of a shots for a while.. so I did had to use the light meter, and it was pushed back by 1/3 stop.
keep in mind, also used Kodak Plus X 125 film @ 80 ISO (1/3 pushback stop)
