Honestly I'd even go and check their skin tones in character creator, but I don't have access to Skyrim right now so it has to wait. Either way it's a normal skin tone for him. Maybe he's just sick of everything (of course especially of being nice)

and here is the catch... Caman was raised in Vvardenfell by a Dunmer woman and his friend is a Dunmer necromancer other than that, Caman sure will have Altmeri drinks and women any time

I think that of all races Maeranmar would be the least prejudiced against Dunmers. Sure, he'd consider them freaks with barbaric culture and religion, but not (much) racially worse. So if he ever feels extremely bored and lonely, he can hang out with them
Sleeping pills are much better! Quiet, no bad side effects, and he'd finally have a good nap in addition
