it was one of my firsts! it set such a high bar for the following animes i watched haha!, i have been looking for something like it... but to be honest i dont think it could ever be recreated!

Yes it is bloody but its not needlessly gory. Yes it is creepy at some parts but that's what makes it good is the balance of weird. comedy, and heart tugging scenes. I only recomend this if your a seasoned anime veiwer. Not if your just starting out.

It's all up to you. Me personally only watch anime and read manga one at a time so i can fully focus on the story and the characters. then I move on occasionally coming back if its good.
