This is great! im making a stitch fursuit as well, and im curious as to how you got the shape! was it just one big block of foam, or is it layered pieces? is does it just rest on your head or is it attached to a helmet or something?

heh I took a shilouette of my head onto paper and then traces it onto foam sheets at 1 inch in thickness. and i made a progressivly larger circles in the shape of Stitch's Side profile, around each piece. doubling them as I needed. so I have 5 large middle ones 2 mediums on each side and 3 smaller ones on the ends for the cheeks. I glued em all together and then with an electric knife carved down the shape until I was happy with it. the inside of the head I padded to huge my head at the sides.

your basic upholstry foam, fun foam which I dont recomend for ears haa, and window screen and black mesh for the nose and party favour sunglass lenses in the general shap outlined in black fun foam to make them fit owo

oh you lie >> XD actually I'm very please, he looks more disny than the disneyland stitch o-o at least I think so, they have like 3 suits and all the blues are never the same as the first x-x
