I know. And you thought Flash was big....
Since the horses are bigger on the island of Chevaline, and Clive probably isn't even the biggest on the island...I wonder how tall they get... O_O Maybe clive is among the tallest 
I love him.... I can imagine him looking a bit like this in real life [link] 
I'm going to start having the horses facing both ways, since this guy would'nt fit the other way XDD

Personality: Clive has a sweet and gentle nature, the only thing scary about this guy is his monstrous size. He towers above most of the other wild horses. He hates violence of all forms and often tries to diffuse minor arguments within the herd. He is quite a nervous character and is easily spooked by sudden movements or loud noises. He has the upmost respect for his herd leader Jack, and refers to him as 'boss'. Although Clive is physically very powerful, he doesn't use his strength for battle and prefers being in a lower rank without many responsibilities. Not much is known about Clive's past or where he came from, but he doesn't seem very eager to leave the Bachelor group and join a real herd for the moment.
Clive's sense of humor and friendly temperament make him popular with most horses he meets.

Chunky horses are cute and draft horses tend to have a Sweet nature.
As a horse rider and future trainer, you NEED to show the horse who's the boss. Round pin them and do Join Up with them, you continue doing this to the horse until he/she starts showing signs of giving into you. Trust me it might take the whole day or a week or more, depends on the horse. Once he/she shows the signs kill your movement and turn your back on them, if they come to you and you feel their breath on you walk around and see if they follow you.
I haven't done this with my horse yet, mainly because I don't trust the strength or solidness of my barn's round pin. If you have a doubt or gut feeling about danger with your horse, Don't do it. I'd personally punish myself if my baby had gotten hurt or had to be put down because of something I did out of stupidity.

Two weeks ago I saw a Belgian pulling a cart and I was thinking about how ginormous he was. I have seen huge horses before, but he was just a monster. And I was petting him and the lady that was with him was like, "Here I'll take your picture" and I looked at the picture and it was soooo crazy because my head was like four inches below his haunches!! HE WAS HUGE!!!! Hahaha
