Description
What would happen if a blue-spotted mudskipper met a South Asian bockadam snake? Well, if mudskippers live on land, there's always bockadam snake slithering by for an easy meal. When they do, the mudskippers will hop for it. These pectoral fins are strong enough to propel the mudskipper as it leaps up to 2 feet, just to escape danger, like the bockadam snake.
