Generation 9 didn't do a great job with its Shinies, and Starters are no exception. So I made them new Shinies. Lastly is the Quaxly line, who (imo) definitely got the shortest end of the stick. (Especially my man, Quaquaval). So I made them green like on ducks, peacocks, and Brazilian dancers.
