Looking deeply into it, if your looking for improvements you could always add some detailing to the trousers and add a few more levels of shading to the character to add some more depth and take away from the flatness of the background.

I have the problem of working at a piece in ONE sitting when I should just work on a two-day method. I just get impatient. it really is a bad habit.
