Once I get them, I'll post the Monster Manual stats for this puppy ...The colored version of the Dire Daschund of DOOM! A request from my mate, ~Travaillis , in exchange for a story. I had a lot of fun drawing and coloring this. I give mad, glorious props to *WhiskerWing for her help in doing lines and her inspiration in using the colored pencil. I would also like to thank Wizards of the Coast for providing a slew of great reference materials in figuring out just what a dire weenie dog of legend would look like. I'd also like to thank the Academy ...
Ooh, sorry. Got away from myself there. In any case, pencil sketch on Bristol paper inked with Zig pens and colored with Prismas. I tweaked the eyes a bit in Photoshop (added a little more white to them than I had) and made the claws shiny.

The thing is, though, is that although this is one HUGE weenie dog, it still has the weenie dog's incessant shrill "yip" of a bark rather than a deep, soul-quaking roar ... That's what frightens me!
