SURPRISE! NOT EVIL!I'm still working on a backstory for her, but she's definitely not evil. Although, she is the true representative for the planet Nemesis, until Wiseman Corrupted and possessed it, her own brother locking her powers away in order to prevent her from crossing the Black Moon Clan, as she accepts the role of the Soldier of the White Moon kingdom.
Colour refs to the side...I want to change her tiara, a little.
Her hair's a little funny. The tails are like ChibiChibi pigtails, and just swirl around, no buns involved.
