Description
Wren paused a moment before leaning her head forward, nipping his long cheek fur lightly. Then she pushed herself away from Ren and bounced away with a playful light in her green eyes. She turned, flicking her tail tip over his nose and slipping into the water, shooting him a silent challenge of chase with her eyes. She splashed through the cool flowing water, the surface shifting and glittering around her with the silver moonlight. She leaped onto the rocks by the waterfall, careful on the stone slick with mist, and she stepped through the cascade, letting the water flow over her fur, soaking her with running water so refreshing and cold that it took her breath away. She forgot for a moment that she had challenged him to catch her and just stopped on the rocks, her head lifted and her jaws parted as the shimmering silver water rushed over her head and down her muzzle. The sound of splashing alerted her of her pursuer and she looked behind with a playful yip and bounced forward, continuing to jump from rock to rock, occasionally glancing over her shoulder to shoot him coy smiles through her gray-green eyes.

Ren barreled to his paws and rather gracefully dove into the water after her. Her propelled himself out of the water and onto the rocks, digging his claws into the stone to steady himself while he looked for Wren. Through the drape of water he could see her watching him, leaping playfully from stone to stone to avoid him. Ren’s muzzled turned upright in an amused grin but his eyes were that of a hunter. He paced toward her with his head low, stalking his victim as she continued to weave in and out of his vision. He crouched low, his dark figure blending in with the rocks, and slowly drew nearer until Wren stood unsuspecting in front of him. In one swift movement he threw his weight forward, knocking into his prey and they rolled back behind the waterfall, landing in a small cave that was shielded by a thick veil of water. Wren landed on her back but her fall was softened by a bed of grass. Ren stood over top of her, admiring his prey from this angle. “Got you,” He smiled, his fangs dipping below lips. Then he leaned down and gave his new mate a slow lick down her muzzle.

Even when I wrote this I had this flirty Wren image in my head xD I'm not usually good with drawing strange face angles like Wren's but I think it came out better than I expected it would.
