Well yeah she looks like terminator (or cyborg) version of your main character Silvia
is she like from an alternate dimension or is it basically a robot that was intended to look like her

Well... in reality is a Silvia's clone, created using both biology and technology, but with a new and mysterious energy that gives her something near to a soul (No, I wasn't inspired by Undertale, I have this idea from really before the game XD)

No, only some artificial parts, with biological body and that energy I said before.
I also thought for another clone, completely biological but without that energy (and then soul), making her uncontrollable
