Frederick Spooker- Frederick Spooker, usually going by simply ‘Fred’, was hired by PIE when he was a young lad. At first he ran errands, but one day Jonathan was in prison and Ghost found himself in need of a partner for a case. Fred stepped up, although not very well. He later quit PIE and joined ENTTY, where he now tests their inventions

ENTTY - Electronically Networked Technicians Training Youth. An organization who claims their goal is to advance technology for the betterment of humankind. They create machines and take time to train the next generation. Unfortunately, they also have a high rate of failure in their creations and death is a likely possibility for those working on more advanced projects. (it also crosses from steampunk to more of a cyberpunk at times)
