I'm finally doodling something. This is Queen Rarity (the Child Queen) with her guide, Lunare or Luna the Second.

She was named Rarity as she is the last living embodiment of the line of Serenity and the White Moon. Her overall theme is crystallization/diamond/faceted. You can image that her outfit is hard to wear.

She became queen at the age of seven and wields the Rare Moon Crystal, the latest evolution of the Ginzuishou. The core has been shattered, hence the pointed middle as it's missing two valuable shards that would've made it whole.

She doesn't technically rule either. She's just a figure head in a fully crystallized world. The council is currently plotting the dominate the colonized planets, moons, and asteroids as life on Earth is dying. There is no place for natural growth, plant and animal life is becoming scarce. So there's the army that's growing, the resistance that's aware of what's going to happen, and the poor little Queen, unaware of anything.

Until she's kidnapped and held for ransom but during her time, has her eyes open to the troubling setting and experiences a life-changing growth.

And that is where her story will continue...
