This is what started my Sailor Sun design (coming up shortly). I was just having some fun with Sailor Moon's design and altered her Eternal form for something more fun and one that didn't make my eyes bleed (I am so not a fan of the Eternal form, more of the anime version, GAH! It was fun adding bits and pieces of details to make it unique. Eternal is like OO; to me - I barely tolerate >_<; but this was much more fun to draw.

It's always good to be consistent - unless you tell your mother that you're doing good in school and work with no actual new news repeatedly. It's redundant and makes me look stupid *glares at sister*.

Wow, that's an awesome outfit! The colour scheme is perfect, and for some reason I just love her layered skirts! Also the jewellery looks soooo good!

I'd have I'd overdo on the jewelry but when I drew her, I was going for the overzealous, jeweled look (kind of like Cosmos, anyways :3 ). I'm glad you like her fuku - it was a lot of fun to design (I always have fun designing).

I actually didn't mind the Eternal outfit except for those awful, poofy bubble-gum pink sleeves. That was what really looked bad to me. But I like your redesign much better. 
I love how the hair turned out; I've said it before, I'm sure, but you have a knack for flowy, graceful hair, and this certainly fits the bill.
Anyway, it's a very pretty design.

:3 Thank you. I'm always in the fun zone with the flowing. I'd been inspired by art online by how people could make white look good so I tried it out and was pleased to know I didn't fail.
I was thinking of that line - of if there were something else in between Eternal and Cosmos :3.

For real, that is just AWESOME. I would PAY to have that replace Eternal Moon. I never liked the Anime version either. I don't even like the manga one much, but it just looks SO much better there.
