I love the deep / dark colour in the foreground, and the contrast of the sky and water blue works well.
There was a slight distraction - with the horizon looking a touch off balance, although I suspect that is exaggerated by the natural lean of the dead timber.

Yes - I've left the horizon a bit tilted to work against the lean of the trees.
