On a regular basis I don't mind Teen Titans GO! there are several newer episodes that are actually worth watching (my opinion). However Return of Slade is the biggest insult not only to the original fans of Teen Titans but there own fans, animation fans, animators, animation as a whole. There have been several hundred negative reviews of the episode in this case I'm just going to review the morals of the episode rather then the whole episodes.

1. Cartoons and/or animation is reserved for children: There are a majority of animated shows created with children in mind however it is not exclusively for children. There are many animated sitcoms such as early family guy, Rick and Morty, and classics like King of the Hill and The Simpsons. All of them are shows created for older individuals. Several other elements are children don't make cartoons there just made with children in mind, another question is what about parents, educators, or people who work with children don't they need to show concern for children and not use animation as scapegoats for peace and quiet. Finally the person whom was explaining the whole mess in the episode Raven was being a hypocrite about the whole matter she was watching Pretty Pretty Pegasus through out the whole episode the in-universe version of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. She barked that her watching the show was different but she never explained why or how its different.

2. Nostalgia clouds judgement: Forget your childhood because its over another hypocritical because of an episode of TTG! called Garage Sale containing the moral preserve the past to influence the future. Instead its saying forget the past because it clouds judgement what about learning from your mistakes? Something that influenced you to go into whatever? or just remembering something from several years ago? just forget all of it because it over? there are tons of questions that come with this (along with animation is for children). "So just forget your past" all that needs to be important is whats popular in the mainstream at the current moment. I understand that nostalgia blind dose exist but this is not how it works.

3. Childrens media isn't suppose to be dark and edgy: When the Childrens media was first created its always been dark and edgy just take a good long look at Grimm's Fairy Tales, The Wizard of Oz, Mrs. Brisby and the Rats of NIHM, The Black Caldron, and Harry Potter all of witch are childrens classics and all of witch are dark and edgy. Whats being presented here is Childrens media needs to be Random, Discussing, Noisy, Obnoxious, and mindless shows like Breadwinners, Dora the Explorer, Fanboy and Chum Chum, and all unfortunate pieces of "childrens media". What is being presented here is dark and edgy childrens entertainment is nothing but corrupted. The whole idea of Childrens Media isn't suppose to be dark and edgy is just backwards beliefs that need to end or else no one would watch animation anymore.

Overall this episode just makes me angry along with me stunting my respect for the show as whole.
