In honor of Veterans Day I wanted to take a picture of my father. But he came over thinking he was going to work on my livingroom wall where I want a book case put in. So he was not really dressed for be captured in pictures.I then decided to take am image of his hards. Hands tell so much about a person. I am not sure if I will leave this image as is or crop it to be squared. I had alot of fun doing these shots. Thanks Dad. I am so proud of you.

Haaaaa haaaaa. Hand punnery!
Well the hands indicate age, and weathered age at that. He prolly worked hard his whole life as most of the fathers over our current generation have. Though i think you should have a full picture anyway. After all, what is the dress of america? Anything goes as long as it isent distasteful. Alot of hard work has gone into our lives on behalf of our fathers, so i am sure working cloths, would after all be appropriate. And his eyes, and facial expression would have much to say most likly... Thats just my opinion, and it is not worth much, xD Good photo though in the end.

No I would have loved to have taken a full body shot. But my folks came over on a whim and he was not dressed nice! So I just grabbed a flag and used his hands. It was the best I could do on such short notice. I plan to try and talk him into other shots.
