Spottedfire couldnt sleep. She had been weird and quiet since her 'possession'. Or what they thought was a possession. In a way it kind of was.. She shifted in her nest and noticed her guard was sound asleep. Her eyes traveled over the tom and she looked to the entrance of the barn. She wanted to be alone.. To go out.. She stood and very carefully worked her way away from everyone. Though she didnt go out of the barn. Opting instead to move to a spot where she was alone and the shadows were at its darkest. She had calmed down since that day.. No more episodes or crazy words.. That didnt mean the thoughts didnt swirl in her head like bees trying to break free.. They were there.. And they were building up...

Fluttertail's whiskers twitched in her sleep, her sides rising and falling slowly in her slumber. She had been laying with Kestrelstar, the two slipping out of the camp to cuddle for a bit before returning to the barn at sunset. Her pelt smelled of him, and she wore a soft smile in her sleep... Unaware of Spottedfire's presence

Spotted looked from the shadows towards the warriors. She could just make out the calico form of Flutter.. Her eyes narrowed as the thoughts began to swirl about. She knew.. She knew and still.. His scent clung to her fur.. A surefire sign that they had been together once again. All thoughts of just being alone faded as she snuck back towards the she cat where she lay. Moving to stand over her as claws slid in and out.

Fluttertail let out a soft murmur in her sleep, rolling her shoulders together as she slightly exposed her belly; paws tucked close to her chest. Her abdomen rose and fell in deep breaths, completely unaware of the potential danger that lurked just above her; its pair of swirled green and blue eyes leering.

Her soft belly.. It looked very soft indeed.. She raised a paw as her pupils became snake like again despite the darkness around her. Were there kits in there..? They had spent so much time together.. She should check.. She should rip her open and be sure nothing was growing inside.. Her lips drew back at the thought of them ever having kits. Horrible.. It was horrible.. She pictured the little things that had come out of her. All the blood.. Little blobs that just barely resembled kits.. Her entire body began to tremble. And yet.. A small fraction of sanity held her back. If you could call it that.. Kestrel would be mad.. Mad at her if she did this.. But.. She wanted to check.. To be sure..

Fluttertail's ears flicked softly as she detected a sound. Whether it was in her dreams or in reality was unknown, but she stirred; her limbs slightly stretching out as her eyes pinched together, then slowly opening to reveal a pair of amber eyes that looked drowsily at her feet. She did not seem to notice Spottedfire.

Spottedfire felt the fur along her spine begin to bristle as the she cat stirred. And then she woke. The calico she cat let out a soft shuddery breath, unable to hold it in. She looked like a dark bristling shadow amongst the gloom. Only her eyes showed. Glowing with malice hate, and something else.. Something dangerous that glinted in the depths of her swirling eyes.

Fluttertail rolled around in her nest, coming nose to leg with Spottedfire, who leered down at her with a venomous leer. A gasp of horror left her throat, wheeling backwards out of her den and across the barn floor. What was that?! Was the horrid, dark entity coming back to get her?

That was when she recognized her. "Spottedfire!" She breathed, now even more frightened... Though, she tried to relax. She couldn't let her show she was scared of her. "Hohhh... You scared me for a moment!"

Spotted remained quiet. Her paw still raised as she watched her. Her claws didnt seem to know what they wanted to do.. Sliding in and out as she finally put her paw down. Slowly she began to stalk towards her. She had backed away fast.. And the scent of fear seemed to cling to her.. "You.." she rasped softly in the night, "I told you.. About them.. My babies.." she hissed softly, "And still you take him.. You are worthless.." she breathed. Rip.. Tear.. String her guts up for all to see.. Leave her for crows to peck and worms to eat.. Let her rot..

Her eyes grew wide; ears slicking back. "Spottedfire... I'm sorry. I wanted to tell you, but you're... You're not well right now." She stammered. "I tried talking to Kestrelstar about you two... I didn't give away your secret. He just... He was adamant that he didn't want anything but a sense of respect from you. So when he told me he loved me on a walk, I-"

Oh no.

She had just told Spottedfire that it was Kestrelstar. It had been... He'd whispered about her beauty, gentleness, and grace in her ears; sharing his adoration for her. But now Spottedfire knew... Now Spottedfire could hurt him...

She paused at that and her head tilted to the side.. Kestrel.. He had said that to her..?A giggle escaped her lips, twisted and vile. "You..? He said that to you..?" she asked tears filling her wide unblinking eyes and quickly spilling over. "I should do what they say.." she whispered, "Oh.. But Kestrel wouldnt like that.. No no.. Hed be upset.. Mad.. Sad.. But then you would be gone.." she giggled again, "Gone.. Rotting.. Let the crows and worms have you.. Let them scurry while your pretty face caves in as you rot.. Rot.." she chuckled like it was the funniest thing in the world, "They keep saying that you know.. They keep saying it.. Over and over and over.."

"Yes... He... He said he loved me." She whispered, "I'm sorry Spottedfire, I didn't want to hurt you, I really didn't... But I can't force him to be with you if he doesn't want to be." Fluttertail whimpered. And I can't force myself to refuse him just because you want me to. She thought, though she wasn't nearly brave enough to say that.

Wincing at her horrid words, Fluttertail felt her mouth grow dry. "W-why... Why are you saying that?"

She drew her lips back before lowering herself down. Pressing her face against the ground as hard as she could, "They're like bees.. Shadows.. They creep in and whisper.. You're not safe.. You're not good.." she replied as she pawed at her face. "Want.. You gone.." she muttered, "but that would upset Kestrel.. That would hurt.." she rambled softly.

Fluttertail's ears were now slicked against her skull; bewildered eyes locked on Spottedfire. This cat? This cat was not well. It wasn't her fault at all, but she was terrified. She could hurt her, she was capable of hurting Fluttertail. She was completely tongue tied, looking at the cat with her with nothing but terror in her eyes.

Spotted kept her face pressed into the ground for a moment before finally raising her head, "You're scared.. You should be.." she said lightly. "Dont tell Kestrel.. Or ill do what the whispers say.." she growled softly. Claws sliding in and out again. She twitched a bit before shaking her head. Like a breeze had ruffled her fur wrong. She needed to go before her guard woke and found her gone.. She couldnt get away with it.. Not here where all could see and hear.. Kestrel would be mad.. Hed be sad.. She couldnt have that.. Not and get caught.. Not and lose him forever..

Her jaw hung slack. She wanted to stand up to her, but she was completely and utterly bewildered... And it was merely not in Fluttertail's nature to be so assertive. She watched as Spottedfire departed, her haunches trembling. She wouldn't be able to go back to sleep...
