Yeah...women tend to have them there...didn't notice? If you can't see them, the boobs are most likely small, or it's (no offense) some chubby girl with big boobs, but it's all fat and you can't see the veins that way either. If the girl is skinny and they are big and real you can see them, if they are implants you can still see them because of the breasts just simply getting "pushed out".
