My work continues on creating classic superheroes and villains for the Genesis 8 line of figures. I was not really satisfied with the quality of superhero outfits available. Most of them seem to be re-works of old M4/V4 supersuits and don't really stand up to what's possible with current techniques. I want to produce a set of costumes that LOOK like they were all made at the same time and have the same level of quality. To me, when you put your superheroes side by side, they should look like they are all a part of the same universe rather than the piece meal looks that seem to be strewn about the internet. Every costume is made, UV'd, textured and substance painter to get as close as possible to the iconic comic book looks they should have. I don't like adapting other costumes and I absolutely hate the Supersuits. Nothing trumps good topology and modeling when it comes to achieving the proper look. I'm very pleased with my progress, and I hope to soon be able to do a really good Trinity Render. (I'm rigging Batman's cape right now, and making bat equipment so it's pretty close to happening.)
