I got the idea from merging a Static Shock episode and the Doctor Who formula of the villain monologuing that they are gonna wreck stuff but then The Doctor outsmarts the villain via Galfridian ass pulling (a classic staple of the series) but applied some Internet humor because the idea was kinda funny in my head.The BBC shouldn't be respected btw, just getting that out of the way.
