Starry Night shoes, done for the Poly Christian Fellowship/InterVarsity SLO winter dance. The theme was Make An Impression!Size seven, women's... I found them in a friend's garage, cleaned them up, painted them and bought laces. Available for cheap if you want them!

Oh wow, you did really well with reproducing his short brush strokes and overall style. The movement of the paint is great too. Too bad I have such big feet or I'd be very tempted to get these.

Yup, still here! And I'm asking $40 plus shipping, but I'd be willing to go lower if it's close to that. And no sealant, but a fabric medium that keeps the paint extra-flexible and water-resistant. You can wear them in the rain, but don't put them through the washing machine.

How much would the shipping be? I'm thinking of asking for them for me birthday, which is the 29 of this month. Oh, that's marvelous! I don't believe in washing Converses anyway (except in extreme circumstances, like poo), so that works for me. So long as they can get rained on.

hahah that frustrates me now. I was hiking out to the caves with my friend yesterday and I saw a rock that reminded me of that painting and the name escaped me, but as soon as I saw your shoes I was like "oh, that's starry night" XD
