The name "Talia" was inspired by High School Story. So far I have 2 Talias and I don't know if I could change one's name or not. Help me out.

well, it would make your story more realistic. In real life people often have the same name, you could make a little joke out of it. Like tall Talia and talia with the scarf? Because those things are not opposite. Or maybe one of girls goes by Tall, because she is tall? If you want to go a little more controversial there is more you can add, like I had two friends both named geoffrey, one black the other white, so we called them white and black geoffrey (well, they started calling themselves that but it caught on) So you can use it to add some depth or quirks to your characters, silly things like that help the reader relate
