Great work! I love the expression, very intense. The right eye (as you are looking at the portrait) needs a bit more definition; it's really lost by being in shadow and by the hair. I'd highlight the white of the eye some more to bring it out of the shadows and balance out the more forward eye adding to the awesome glare she has.
