It's amazing how you can just fake smile and no one can realize you are depressed. That worked for me about 6 months.

Yeah I had to do it for years, most of my close friends know about the shit I deal with though so don't have to fake it so much anymore cos they understand, things become slightly less exhausting when you don't have to fake it, it does make things a whole lot easier though.

I'm not diagnosed with depression (i'm healthy mentally) but like how alot of people are saying, I hate those 14 year olds who "self-diagnose" depression. Depression is something that doctors diagnose, not you when your mom or dad don't get you that iPhone you wanted. T__T
I'm not saying that everyone who uses these kind of stamps automatically is an attention whore. I'm sure that alot of people who use this actually have serious illnesses like depression, bipolar, etc., but its a shame because people believe the attention whores when they say,"oh i haz deprezzionz plz give mee atenton bitchz" and when someone who ACTUALLY has depression or something worse, everyone assumes,"Oh you attention whore stop self-diagnosing shit!!11!1!11"

While I don't doubt there are a few that probably don't have depression it's unfair to judge a majority of people like that, you don't know the people that use this stamp so to make such a statement is ridiculous.

It sucks that people automatically think that people don't suffer with this stamp on when their profile, as if they self diagnose. However, there are people who want the help so they let people know that they can't upload art often and might not reply to comments because of it. They just want people to know.

Yeah I know that feel, I totally get why people would be sceptical because of the recent boom in self diagnosed people claiming to have illness and disorders they probably do not have but at the same time no one should judge someone based on a stamp like this if they have it on their profile, as I said in another comment to someone else I use it as a heads up that I'm not the most mentally stable person etc etc.
