Description Drew this at my friend's house. Decided to use a bit of red ink again since it's been a while.

Overall

Vision

Originality

Technique

Impact

Vision: I really really love the way red is pretty much the only color on this piece, it makes it stand out so well! I didn't notice it before, but I really like how they are simply thoughts and instead of a 'thought cloud' it looks more like a painting of an image.

Originality: If this isn't original, I wouldn't know what is, anyway, I'm pretty sure this came out of that sick little head of yours... XP

Technique: I really love the way you do the shading, I can't put my finger on it but it's really good for some reason. You know how to add just the right amount of shading in a piece and it works out well for you.

Impact: Well, it's a wonderful piece and I think your works deserve a lot more attention! Keep up the good work!

The red ink is just out of a red gel ballpoint click pen I have. Specifically it's a Pilot G-2 07 pen with red ink.

I've always had a picture of myself on my profile for my gallery, it's just been obstructed by the billowing smoke I was exhaling

The colors really add another dimension. Your work is really evolving into almost a 3D awesomeness. Keep on truckin with the layers and the depth of field. I think your stuff would be amazing as holographic images. There is always so much weird stuff in your work. Good job.

I'm betting I could figure out how to make my drawings into holographic images, I should look into that. I'm glad you dig the red ink, I've been thinking of using blue ink as well in certain images but I'm wary of making my drawings TOO colorful.

I see what your saying. Maybe draw different forms or objects in different colors and keep using the solid red and black as background filler colors. Depending on your use of the color and light spectrum, some colors look closer and others look farther away. I get what you are saying about being to colorful....you definitely don't want the rainbow effect unless that is what you really want...haha. I have destroyed so many works from my over use of color and colorizing. I have given up my old VIBRANT ways..haha

Thanks, I've heard a lot of people compare my work to SuperJail. I haven't watched much of it, but what I did see seemed really freaky so I take that as a compliment!

Wow, this is kind of terrifying. I don't know if it's because of the panicky red you used or the unsettling imagery. Either way, I really like it Once you get past the background, the first thing that draws your attention is the darkest part on the upper right hand corner. I honestly can't tell what it is, but it sort of looks like tears/cables/vines/smoke. If you look at the face-ish thing first they sort of look like tears from somebody wearing way too much mascara, but if you look down them first they look like smoke coming out of a factory. Looking closer, the "factory" looks more like a castle. There's a lot of imagery in this picture that seems like it can be looked at several ways, which is pretty damn awesome. The picture flows nicely, taking you from one object/person/thing to the next smoothly. And the way it all sort of develops out of the head of the squid-tree-thing (who looks quite dissatisfied with what looks like his own thoughts/imagination) is really cool, too. Then there's your "desolate landscape" kind of area, which seems to appear in a lot of your work. The shading on the rocks is fantastic, and makes me think of the kind of exaggerated shadows you see during an explosion. The shadows don't match the light source, but that really means very little since the picture is already so surreal.
...I feel like I just wrote a frikkin novel about it. Sorry long comment. X3

Don't apologize for the long comment, this is exactly the kind of comment I enjoy getting I like hearing your thought process while you look at the picture, it's something that I love about showing my drawings to people in person that I don't get as often over the internet. It makes me really happy to see in what order you noticed everything.
