Description
I decided to cross back to the east briefly to get some more traffic signal views. In this one I'm facing westward and have a picture of the 5-beacon signal with the left-turning arrows on the last two beacons. And what you can see is the green arrow showing under the almost perpetually red light as I've been talking about in a few of my previous deviation submissions. The light doesn't turn from red because of the street west of Stone being closed to traffic and under construction. But when crossing traffic on Stone Avenue is stopped, the green arrow will appear allowing drivers to safely make their left turns! And of course after a while the green left arrow gives way to a yellow left arrow and boof, it's gone until the next cycle!
