My dinner tonight. A plate of some pot roast a friend of my mother's and me brought us yesterday, along with some cornbread my mother made herself, a baked potato with ranch dressing and some bleu cheese dressing (turns out bleu cheese dressing doesn't work so well with baked potatoes!,) and some green beans, the last two of which I added. And a bowl of my usual salad (Romaine lettuce with grape tomatoes, baby carrots, olive oil and vinegar dressing) and a glass of Lemon Berry Hawaiian Punch with Cran-apple and Grape Cranberry Juice with some pineapple chunks and pineapple juice mixed in.

This is the first pot roast I had since May 2018, which I did post a picture of www.deviantart.com/willm3luvtr… . Post roast is kind of a luxury to me because I don't get to have it that often and I don't know how to make it and hope to learn to some day so I can start making it without relying on my mother or anyone else to! I'd also like to make pot roast with potatoes and carrots, and maybe mushrooms like the one I had in 2018!

Was very good!

Fun fact, yesterday I had corn, peas and carrots, and mash potatoes!
