Yep, that's Edd (AKA: Double D) being angry at Caillou pinching Rosie out of envy in an infamous episode of Caillou called "Big Brother Caillou". In this episode, Caillou pinched his baby sister Rosie out of envy and guess what? He never gets PUNISHED! It doesn't make any sense what so ever. Not only that, he didn't apologize to daddy for pinching her. Also, the baby's skin is so sensitive that it can cause bruising or potential bleeding.
