She was in the shower and wetted down with Olive Oil. I told her to do something sexy and about then she slipped, her feet caught the front lip of the shower and the back of her head and shoulders hit the back wall of the shower. I yelled "Perfect!" and told her to hold that pose while we both continued to laugh pretty hard. I was in a kneeling position with the camera. Thanks for the comment
