Why do they always have to be Normal/Flying? The only pure flying type is a legendary. Here's some better typing.
Budgey: Flying
Parrakeeto: Flying
Macawk: Flying
Cuckoony: Steel/Flying
Lockoo (Which should probably be locoo because otherwise it would be pronounced LAW-KOO): Steel/Flying
Gottacatch: Keep him normal or Steel?Normal
Emall: Steel/Normal or Steel/Electric
