Description Alte Fasanerie Klein-Auheim . 16.01.2013 . arctic wolves . Inuq & Monja . both 21 months old

This is the way it looks when young wolves play So no fear, this is no fight! Inuq and Monja just were freaking out, chasing each other, rolling over the snow, catching, snapping, growling. They were so fast, but I've shot some great stunts like this one. Monja is flying! And her face looks very aggressive but if you had seen the rest of their bodies, it would have been easy to understand, that there is no aggression. And the sounds were great too, so much whimpering, whining, barking and squeaking. And even if it's not visible here: they've had so much fun!

Oh, no, this is in a Zoo called "Old pheasantry Klein-Auheim". I don't think, that wolves should be kept as pets, they are wild animals, no pets

Oh, well, I visited a festival somewhere, and they had a white timber wolf for sale, it was gorgeous! Though very expensive... It was born tame, and it was supposed to be very loyal to it's owners. And I wasn't mistaken, if definitely was a wolf, because of the whole commotion around it.

I think, in the original language it is pronounced like you wrote, but here in Germany we just say "Inuk"
But I agree, it's a very nice name.
