All I need is the power to be able to protect my comrades. So long as I can have the strength to do that, I don't care if I'm weaker than everyone else in the world.what needs to be said about Erza except that she is a total bad-ass and this will not be the last picture I do of her.
So I based this picture off of the 17th opening though all you really see is her head, chest and part of a knee, it was like it was saying you know you want to try to do a full version and I took up the challenge which turned out great in my opinion. Her head and the general colouring was based on the 2009 series because of my own personal preference. an interesting fact that while I was working on this I had her hair parted to the opposite side because I had flipped the source picture I was using and I was not sure what was wrong and it really bugged me, glad I caught it before it was finished. and last the background is a beach setting. I thought that my normal backgrounds would look too plain I wanted it too look good but at the same time not to draw attention away from Erza.
