Great sense of depth and three-dimensionality. This may sound silly, but I really like how you made the griffin's ear look plausibly realistic with a bit of a fleshy earflap on the inner part and feathers ringing the edge. It's hard to put mammalian ears on a bird head and make them look right, but you did it well!
