IT'S PUFFI... just wanted to draw him.
I used no ref of Reshiram so there's probably mistakes.
He's like any Reshiram just there's always smoke coming out of his mouth.
Though I doubt I'll keep him in my team...

Why is it that I see him holding a violin? Seriously, he almost looks like he could be holding a violin to me. He also looks seductive. o.o
Just thought I'd throw that out there.
Anatomically, the only problem I saw was that Reshiram has a fourth toe on the 'heel' of each foot. Other than that, all the other little details were remembered. I'm impressed!
I also really liked how you incorporated a playful personality since most of the Reshirams I've seen are either super serious or battling Zekrom.

Aha, yeah, I noticed when I looked at the boxart! I realized I could have used that for a ref since it was literally right next to me...
And well, even in the game he's a Serious nature. But with a name like Puff I just couldn't have him serious! xD

My Arceus has a "Jolly" nature. Oh the images I get from that.
Then my Latias and Latios are "Serious" and "Adamant" respectively. They must be a lively bunch to hang around with.

I had an image of a really derpy Arceus in my head just now. o.o
Natures usually don't make sense. I mean, you could get a Gyarados with a "Relaxed" nature. Or even more contradictory, a Primeape with a "Calm" nature. Primeape's dex entry claims that just about everything pisses it off.
