The design of your Holmes has never been in question.
It's so fun to study real people and other people's interpretations...especially when they go with a really Holmesy look and don't try to make him into a bishounen. XD

Thanks. I sometimes feel it's to simple but... I can't seem to escape from the true art that's inside of me which ... just isn't suppossed to be "grown-up"-y and "realistic" .... I'm kinda cartoony but not crazily so, more seriously so. xD
I am happy with this design and I'll keep using it. But I wanna keep exploring nonetheless with other ways to draw him.

He personally is my favorite Holmes, probably because of the little things he does to perfect the role and how he puts heart-fulls of thought into his acting.
He was such a sweetheart. Uhg. 
Your art is freaking amazing and this may be selfish of me, but I wouldn't be adverse if you kept drawing Sherlock Holmes, like, forever and a day, because your style is amazing and Amazing Art Skills + Amazing Person = Yes.

Well... Brett Holmes... kinda, as I certainly never tried to get any actors features into this design. More through clothing and reference situation. But I am glad you like it anyway! xD

Oh, I simply tried to put a two-and-two together that don't really fit, it's just that you called it 'Ascot Holmes' and the picture was of young Jeremy Brett.
