So instead of simply replacing explorer.exe.mui in the "en-us" folder located in the windows folder, I went ahead and edited the the original explorer.exe.mui file IN windows 10, less bugs that way. I did try just replacing it? But the "Lock all taskbars"(because of duel screen) didn't work, it just simply didn't give the option.

If interested, I can put this for download!

also found out: in Windows 7 (having stared at the taskbar for an hour) when combined taskbar is turned off, the taskbar loses transparency while when combined, transparency is heightened!

In the mediafire link, instructions are in txt file, and shortcut to en-US is there! I don't know how this will work on other languages outside of en-US!
