Congratulations to you and to Maui! Your photograph is featured in group's October/November companion bird spotlight!
Oct. - Nov. Flock-Together Feature: 'TIEL TIME!Cuddly, convivial & comical are just 3 reasons why the cockatiel is one of the top-ranked companion birds.
Cockatiels are also masterly whistlers, male cockatiels in particular are known for their musical serenades, which can be directed at their favored person, their favorite object or their mirror reflection. When not whistling or keeping themselves busy foraging for food and fun around their enclosures, 'tiels often enjoy spending their time snuggling on their favored personβs shoulder.

Thank you.Β He's really something else, I know.Β He actually DOES go right up to the camera often and make up to it.Β He can be a bit of a ham, but he takes after his owner, I guess.

Oh, you'd be surprised.Β The camera beeps, so he beeps back at it and when I try to take pictures he often comes right up to it; this can make it hard at times to get candid photos of him.Β ::chuckles::
